The Lumadnong Bantawan features the Maguindanao at Peoples’ Park last August 21, 2008. My best friend Jane and I was able to watch them and it was a great show... Our fellow Davaoenos are really talented... The audience enjoyed watching and applauded them after the show. It was a great experience, it's not everyday that you see them here in the City performing their tribe dance...
On August 23 (Saturday), witness the parade of music and dances with the Indak Indak sa Kadalanan (Street Performance) from 8 AM to 12 NN, from Roxas Avenue, C.M. Recto Ave., San Pedro Street to City Hall Drive, followed by the street dancing showdown of Davao-based groups, 2-4 PM at Rizal Park, and the showdown performance of out-of-town groups, 6-10 PM at Rizal Park.
See the fruits of our harvest and flowers in full bloom in the street pageantry of Pamulak Kadayawan Floral Float Parade on August 24 (Sunday), 8 AM-12 NN along Magsaysay Avenue, C.M. Recto Avenue, Bonifcaio Street, Legaspi Street and San Pedro Street.
Listen and enjoy to the music and dances of the Kalasikas concert simultaneously at Rizal Park and Peoples’ Park from 9 Am to 10 PM. Join in the merriment as Mayor Rodrigo Duterte and Globe present the Pahalipay ni Mayor sa Kadayawan featuring Francine Prieto and Spongecola.

Get discounts and good buys at the Agro-Industrial Trade Fair at SM City Grounds from 8 AM to 10 PM. Party with the Dabawenyos nightly at the Kaan Dawet Street Food and Music Festival from 4 PM top 2 AM along Bolton Street (beside the Sangguniang Panlungsod Building). See the awesome works of Mindanawon visual artists and photojournalists at the Hulagway sa Kaliwatan Exhibits, 9 AM to 6 PM at the Museo Dabawenyo.
