   4. Qualified Subscribers can generate as many e-raffle entries as they can, if the minimum purchase amount is met and the promo code is entered.

3. MECHANICS OF THE RAFFLE DRAW:

   1. The winner will be selected randomly on December 18, 2017 at 5PM (Philippines time), at Lazada’s main office. The raffle draw will be done electronically through the RANDOM.ORG program through the supervision of a (Department of Trade and Industry) DTI Representative. The winner will be informed through phone call and registered mail and will be announced via Lazada’s official social media accounts (Facebook) Employees of the Lazada and Isuzu and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are excluded from participating in this promo. Draw venue is at Lazada’s main office located at the 23rd floor, Net Park, 5th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
   2. By joining this promo, the subscriber confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics, including but not limited to its terms and conditions.
   3. Cancelled orders will be automatically disqualified from the raffle draw.
   4. Prize is transferrable, and only consists of what is listed above.
   5. Lazada will transfer the contact details of the winners to Isuzu no later than seven (7) calendar days from the date of the raffle draw (January 21, 2018). Lazada will be in charge of contacting the winner. The winner must claim the prize within sixty (60) days from the receipt of notice or registered mail. If the winner fails to claim the prize within the redemption period, the winner forfeits his/her claim to the prize with prior approval from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI.
   6. When claiming the prize, the winner needs to present two (2) original valid government issued IDs.
   7. In case of a winner’s representative will claim the prize, an original authorization letter executed by the winner must be presented together with the winner’s and representative’s valid proof of identification the winner’s signature in the ID and the authorization letter presented must be the same.
   8. The authorization letter must state the full name of the representative claiming the prize on the winner’s behalf.
   9. Prize tax (for the prize exceeding P 10,000.00) will be covered by Isuzu.
   10. Winner must be shoulder any fees incurred for registration and insurance.
   11. Winner agrees to participate in public marketing campaign.

The prize is non-refundable and no cash alternative will be given.
